Refund policy
We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at support@touchlinesupply.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all tags attached and with no damage to the shirt.
Please note: items without tags or with any damage to the shirt are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@touchlinesupply.com.
