Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• In their original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Shirts with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at support@touchlinesupply.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
